Every new day, every new week is another opportunity to do what you couldn't do yesterday.

So get up, put on your work shoes and get down to business.

 In case you're low on your tank of hope, i'm here to say being hopeful is worth the effort.

It means you still anticipate good to happen to you. It means you haven't thrown in the towel and it's not over yet.

So go into the new week expectant, no matter what you encounter.

Your light will still shine at the end of the tunnel and may your life end up as color-FULL as the picture above.

What to do when you have 'PINK EYE'( Conjunctivitis).

Conjuctivitis popularly known as the 'Pink eye' or 'apollo' as it is popularly called in Nigeria is an infection of the white part of the eye ball.  This infection is most times caused by bacteria, viruses and allergies.  The most common type is the viral infection.
