What are you saying to yourself?

Hello everyone, It's a new week again and a transitional o e at that. This week marks the end of the 11th month and ushers us into the very last month of the year, yipeee. This means Christmas is around the corner already.😁 So as the week unfolds it's important you realize the power of self talk.  Like what are you telling yourself always? Do you motivate yourself or you just run yourself down with negative words? From research and personal experience I've learnt that no matter how much people outside speak positively about you, if you never say similar things to yourself, your life will follow the direction of the negatives. As you go about your activities this week, say something nice to yourself. Celebrate you, I know you've made mistakes and your life isn't currently how you want it to be but nonetheless still celebrate you. It is a powerful tool for lifting you into your next level of victory. Have a beautiful week ahead.
