It's so easy for us to talk about our limitations, our failures and why we think we can't be better. Hardly do we say something nice or acknowledge the good in us. It's important that we change this habit because our words carry energy. When we run ourselves down we release negative energy that helps shut us down and keep us caged in our limitations. When we speak good about us, we release positive energy that releases the energy, courage and creativity in us to do the impossible.
