I believe there were times in your life that you were confronted by a challenge that seemed beyond you. It looked as though that was going to be the end of the road, but for some reasons you can't explain you found a new and strange courage that made you face and even overcome it.

Then you looked at yourself and the challenge you just surmounted and wondered how you did that. I'm here to tell you that you did it because you were way stronger than you thought.

Sometimes it takes some 'terrifying' challenges to bring out the 'more than a conqueror' in us.

I don't know what you're facing today, but I just want you to know that you're stronger than it and you will overcome.

What to do when you have 'PINK EYE'( Conjunctivitis).

Conjuctivitis popularly known as the 'Pink eye' or 'apollo' as it is popularly called in Nigeria is an infection of the white part of the eye ball. This infection is most times caused by bacteria, viruses and allergies. The most common type is the viral infection. According to the University College of Medicine, Ibadan, Nigeria, about 1.5 million cases of conjuctivitis are seen yearly. MODE OF SPREAD.
