Self Sabotage..

The most dangerous set of human beings to have around are people with low self esteem and deep insecurity.

People with such issues turn out to be quite problematic in life as they relate with others based on how they see themselves.

A person who literally has no iota of love for himself/ herself is going to find it difficult to give genuine and wholehearted love to those around them.

Emotionally unhealthy people can hardly give others peace and a sense of value in any kind of relationship.

In most cases you find out that they are mostly distrustful, manipulative, controlling and abusive (both physical and verbal).

They treat people badly because they feel low themselves. They feel they are already lost and for that see no reason why they should show any sympathy or empathy to another human being.

If they don't seek for professional help, most end up as murderers and leave people who related with them in battered and shattered state of minds.

And worst of all a lot become suicidal.

This is why it is important that we learn to love people especially children.

Let's learn to speak affirmative and confidence-boosting words to our children, because most adults pick up this insecurities from childhood.

Do you struggle with insecurity and low self-esteem as a result of something that happened to you or what someone said to you in the past?

Do not live with that mindset, go and get positive help from professionals, read books and watch helpful videos on how to rise out of the dust life put you in and embrace a loving life.

You need to be emotionally healthy to live a meaningful and productive life.

Cheers to your Emotional Health.
